Admission Requirements

• Completed application form with personal essay, passport-size photo and $50.00 application fee
• Submission of High School Transcript or GED (General Equivalency Diploma) with scores.
• All foreign credentials must come directly from a recognized evaluation agency
• Two References - Work or school references from an employer or teacher (past or current)
• Applicants will also be required to take and score well on the Allied Health Entrance Examination
• The personal interview with members of the admission committee will be given prior to a final consideration of admission, provided that all of the above criteria are met
• Medical clearance issued by our Employee/Student Health Services
• Manual dexterity, communication skills, 20/20, 20/30 vision with or without corrective lenses, ability to stand for lengthy periods and a concern for others
• A background check may be done for all candidates considered for admission; those with appropriate backgrounds and examination scores as well as high school grades will be called in for a formal interview
